Hot Country Ham Dip:

2 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 - 1 cup chopped Clifty Farm Cooked Country Ham
(our Boneless Cooked Ham works well for this recipe)
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, country ham, onion and garlic powder in a small bowl and place in a baking dish. Then saute butter, pecans, and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle over baking dish. Refrigerate until serving time. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or raw vegetables (also good served cold).

 
Country Ham Quiche:

3 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 tbsp or 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped Clifty Farm ham
4 oz Mushrooms

Place eggs, Bisquick, butter, milk, salt and pepper in blender a small amount at a time and blend. Pour into greased 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Sprinkle in the cheese, Clifty Farm Country Ham Cubes and mushrooms and press into custard mixture with back of tablespoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
